I’m an old soul with a child-like curiosity. I went rogue and traded in my corporate suits for yoga pants, wanting to live more free spirited.

I had struggled with weight all my life, and had tried EVERYTHING!!

In 2011, however, at 94 kgs yet again, I stumbled upon a ‘system’ that worked on me from inside out.

Today at 72ish kgs, I can honestly say it’s not about the weight anymore: it’s about being healthy, and I’m committed to help women like me be fit

— physically and emotionally.

What’s in your mix

As a purist and a mad scientist, I’ve poured over research and spent hours in the lab, creating a heady mix of interventions for the body, mind and spirit.

Yogic sciences

It’s not just yoga, but an intimate awareness of the subtle body. I focus on getting you out of the mind and into the body, allowing the breath to be your teacher. You learn to navigate and build a practice for yourself, as I create the connects between western and eastern sciences.

Aromatherapy

I have come to respect the quiet knowing that essential oils possess and their individual personalities. From balancing hormones to stilling an anxious heart, not a day goes by when I’m not awestruck by these potent healers. There’s an oil for every chakra, dosha and even the meridian system — definitely proof of a masterful God.

Metaphors

Another beautiful healing modality is the exploration of metaphors — the language of our deep, subconsious mind. It’s a gentle way to unearth limiting beliefs and hear out loud the stuck states we find ourselves in. Anyone feeling like you’re going round in circles or with your back against a wall?

She is a great teacher and believes that a teacher’s ability is not in her knowledge but in the curiosity and learning that her students aquire during the process of teaching. She takes yoga to a deeper level in her own way. It’s like a prayer. She has taught me to respect my body and it’s limitations and move accordingly​ which has made the whole practice fun and enjoyable.

And then the potions she’s prepares to relive us of our pains and stiffness. Not to miss mentioning the fragrances to suit the mood or create that special mood to get into a state. ..Wow! It’s amazing.

Anna is a dedicated teacher who truely cares about personalizing her students’ practise. She has all these little tips that go a long way toward taking the asana from just a posture to a sublime experience. She remembers each student’s challenges and customizes her instructions accordingly. Little touches like the geranium scented towels – after a challenging yoga session are just the icing on the cake.
